KOYAMA, Junshi
Since 1990, he has been working at a major domestic consulting company, promoting projects such as business strategy formulation, organizational development, sales reinforcement, CS improvement, CI formulation, etc. for various industries. Afterwards, he was headhunted and transferred to a marketing consulting company, where he worked as a management and marketing consultant in a wide range of areas, including corporate business and marketing strategies, product development, and in-house training. Founded a consulting firm SPRO in 2000, we have built a group of professionals who not only provide strategic consulting but also produce projects with the success of the project in mind. He works as the representative of a consulting firm specializing in change in management, business, branding, and marketing, and became chairman in 2008. In 2009, he established Akoya Management Co., Ltd. In addition to business consulting, he has expanded his activities to the entertainment field, and is a consultant and producer who has a "balance between the right and left brains" and works as a music producer, film producer, spatial producer, and radio DJ.

As always, he is good at helping clients with changes and new initiatives/actions, and has worked on over 3,000 consulting projects for companies in all industries, from major companies to small and medium-sized enterprises and ventures. 小山順之（KOYAMA, Junshi）
1990年より国内大手コンサル会社にて様々な業界の経営戦略策定、組織開発、営業強化、CS向上 、CI策定、等々のプロジェクトを推進。その後ヘッドハンティングによりマーケティングコンサル会社に移籍し、幅広く企業の事業戦略・マーケティング戦略から商品開発、企業内研修など、経営およびマーケティングのコンサルタントとして従事。2000年よりコンサルファームSPROを創業し、戦略コンサルのみならずプロジェクトの成功を念頭に成果が出る迄のプロデュースまでも行うプロフェッショナル集団を構築。変革を得意とする「経営・事業・ブランディング・マーケティング」に関するコンサルティングファームの代表として活動し、2008年より会長に就任。2009年には株式会社アコヤマネジメントを設立。ビジネスコンサルに加えエンターテイメント分野にまで活動を広げ、音楽プロデューサー・映画プロデューサー・空間プロデューサー・ラジオDJなども行う「右脳と左脳のバランス」をもったコンサルタント兼プロデューサー。
常に黒子として、クライアントにとって変革やNEWの取り組み・アクションをお手伝いするのが得意であり、これまでに手掛けたコンサル案件は、大手企業から中小・ベンチャーまであらゆる業界業種の企業に対して3,000を超えるプロジェクトを推進。最近では、大手企業のM&Aに加え、中小企業や商店等の事業承継・M&Aも積極的に支援している、京都人である。
